Coolspear1 hasn't created completely new careers, but instead did a major reworking of both the Scientist and Doctor careers included with "Get to Work". It still missing a lot of must-have features though and the modders are here to help us make our gameplay experience as smooth as possible. With so many expansion packs released, The Sims 4 gets better and better.
